Commitment to Inclusive Access

Twill Conservation LLC is committed to providing equitable access to its services, resources, and information, including this website. The studio serves diverse communities and collections, and strives to ensure that digital access reflects the same care and respect as physical access.

Web Accessibility

This website is intended to be usable with a range of devices, screen sizes, and assistive technologies. Efforts are made to support:

  • Keyboard navigation of main content and links
  • Logical heading and content structure
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images where appropriate
  • Readable contrast and typography choices

The site is developed with modern web standards in mind and with reference to the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. While full compliance with a specific conformance level is an ongoing goal, accessibility is treated as a continuing practice rather than a one-time checklist.

Known Limitations

Some content, such as high-detail photographic documentation or embedded media, may not yet have fully equivalent text descriptions. Archived materials and externally hosted content may also have constraints that limit the degree of modification possible.

If you encounter a barrier that prevents you from accessing information or using the site, your feedback is welcome and helps inform future improvements.

Requesting Assistance or Reporting an Issue

If you experience difficulty with any part of this website, or require information in an alternative format, please get in touch with the studio and include, if possible:

  • The page or feature you were trying to use (URL or description)
  • The nature of the problem you encountered
  • Any assistive technology, browser, or device you were using (for example, screen reader name and version)

You may contact the studio at: twillconservation@gmail.com

Requests will be acknowledged as promptly as possible, and reasonable efforts will be made to provide the requested information or support in an accessible manner.
